Heart to Heart Shanghai provides support and financial assistance to Chinese children who require heart surgery to rectify their congenital heart defects. This year the ASA sponsored three children to receive life-saving heart surgery.

Home Sweet Home provides support to the homeless in Shanghai via its outreach service. Its program helps disadvantaged people re-establish themselves back into society. The ASA contributes significant funds to the running of Home Sweet Home's housing facilities.

Morning Tears helps to rebuild the world for children who have suffered or are suffering heavy emotional pain. They support children whose parents are in prison; children whose parents have been sentenced to death; children who have been abused or neglected orphans. The ASA sponsors a group home for children in Henan Province.

Shanghai Sunrise supports underprivileged youth to improve their lives through educational scholarships and life skills programs. The ASA is funding 1 university student, a three-year vocational scholarship and 2 high school students.
